Overview

Oscar, formerly known as BidGPT, is AECOM’s first AI-powered proposal tool, reducing marketing teams’ proposal creation time by up to 70% while improving content quality through AI-driven insights. Enabled enterprise-wide AI integration, leveraging AECOM’s aggregated data to enhance efficiency and drive AI adoption across multiple core products.

Product Goal

To help Marketing Team quickly create bid documents with accurate information to responding to Request for Proposals.

Understand the Problems

Our marketing team was using Loopio to help them respond to RFPs and RFIs. However, using an external tool to create drafts has caused the Marketing team some inconveniences:

  • Spend too much time on finding relevant and up-to-date information 

  • Lack of knowledge in certain topics and might end up providing wrong information that doesn’t address client’s needs

  • Issues with citations / ownership of content by different people

What They Need

Curated library that is comprehensive and easily accessible so people can gather relevant and update-to-date information to respond to the RFP in timely manner.
